We are looking for two Customer Data Specialists to join our team. One role will be more customer-facing, while the other will focus more on auditing and data accuracy responsibilities.
We have an opportunity for motivated individuals to fill the role(s) of Customer Data Specialist. In these positions, the successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer onboarding process by processing documentation, coordinating with various teams, addressing customer inquiries, improving processes, and managing utility data-related tickets.
The customer-facing role will focus more on engaging with clients, handling incoming inquiries, supporting onboarding interactions, and helping ensure a positive customer experience.
The auditing-focused role will involve detailed data review, internal process auditing, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of utility data and documentation.
