• 3+ years in high-volume visual retail; management experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial with independent work ethic.
• Strong communication; builds relationships across Retail, HQ, Warehouse.
• Creative, hands-on; in-store experience design oriented.
• Comfortable lifting and climbing for design work.
• Flexible schedule: mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
