Responsibilities: Customer service is your second nature: ensure a best in class experience by helping customers with waters, running a smooth checkout experience, and responding proactively to unexpected circumstances. Accurately and efficiently operate the POS system and cash register. Maintain the shop's aesthetic and create an organized and clean sales floor by folding clothes, straightening displays and racks, and refilling product. Process various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, and store credits. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy. Maintain an accurate cash drawer, counting and balancing it at the beginning and end of each shift. Bag or package customer purchases carefully and efficiently. You create the first and last impression: our customers come to you for a perfect welcome and a seamless finish. Required Skills Can rock a POS system and handle basic computer tasks with ease. Know your numbers: you have strong math skills for accurate cash handling. Charming as all get-out – you know how to make customers feel like VIPs. Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays. Additional Information

CompensationHere at Buck Mason, we're all about transparency and fairness, especially when it comes to compensation. While the base salary range for this role is $18-$23 per hour, your total compensation package may include bonuses and other perks tailored to your performance and dedication to our craft.
