BSA Compliance Associate

📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end investigations of transaction monitoring alerts with rationale.
• Identify suspicious activity and escalate per internal policies.
• Draft SARs with clear narratives and filing recommendations.
• Support OFAC investigations and sanctions screening.
• Assist with regulatory exams, audits, and internal reviews.
• Support state licensing and Money Transmitter License (MTL) reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Integrity: foundation for every role.
• 2-4 years in BSA/AML compliance or related field.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML regs, SAR requirements, OFAC.
• Experience conducting investigations in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
