🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in supply chain/operations with CX management; VP/SVP experience a plus.
- Deep end-to-end supply chain expertise: planning, inventory, logistics, distribution.
- Experience managing 3PLs and scaling fulfillment networks in high-growth environments.
- Proven leadership: building, leading, mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution; knows when to delegate.
- Strong cross-functional communication with Finance, Product, Planning, and Marketing.
