🎯 Requirements

• Active CA real estate license; unrestricted.
• 5+ years licensed agent experience; managing broker license preferred.
• 3+ years experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
• At least 10 closed transactions in last 12 months.
• Track record recruiting and building a team.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experience while meeting targets.
• Demonstrated ability to coach a team, develop skills, drive results without a lead pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
