🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted WA real estate license; greater Seattle area.
• 5+ years licensed agent experience; managing broker license preferred.
• 3+ years experience managing/mentoring real estate agents.
• 10+ closed transactions in the last 12 months.
• Proven track record recruiting and building a real estate team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
