Brokerage Risk, Senior Technical Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical risk assessments and AI-assisted workflows.
• Coordinate Issue Management: triage, escalate, report, govern.
• Govern and administer GRC systems; produce leadership-ready materials.
• Drive cross-functional accountability with EMs and leads.
• Support automation to streamline processes and real-time controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in risk management, broker-dealer, fintech, or related.
• Technical fluency including SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Ability to develop dashboards (Superset or Jira).
• Familiarity with SDLC and progressive deployment concepts.
• Experience with AI-assisted risk tooling and agentic workflows.
• Experience operating GRC tooling (LogicGate, Coda) and AI prompts.
• Regulatory awareness relevant to brokerage operations (FINRA, SEC, CFTC).
