🎯 Requirements

- Strong interest in financial markets, data analysis, trading, fintech.
- Foundational knowledge of market structures and trade lifecycles.
- Analytical mindset: detail-oriented and proactive with complex data.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with data; eager to learn trading platforms and OMS.
- English fluency; German a plus; available 15–20 hours/week.
