Complete daily brokerage operations reports (unreconciled activity, margin, actions)
Conduct quality control reviews and regulatory document reconciliation
Perform cashiering duties; verify wires, checks, ACHs; process withdrawals
Maintain and review account activity for AML risk mitigation
Collaborate cross-functionally; build relationships with engineers
Occasionally perform in-office tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

2+ years brokerage experience; back-office preferred
Securities regulatory knowledge; transfers, corporate actions, trading
AML and risk mitigation rules understanding
Bachelor's degree in finance/economics or related field
FINRA Series 7 required (or able to obtain in 90 days)
Strong organizational skills
