Brokerage Operations Margin and Option Associate

📋 Description

• Monitor customer activity to manage margin and options risk in real time.
• Review daily reporting and act on exceptions.
• Follow Regulation T and FINRA Rule 4210 when processing margin calls.
• Perform option expiration processes and risk mitigation.
• Customer service focus in brokerage operations.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
• Review fraud alerts on a day-to-day basis.
• Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Series 7 and 63 required; Series 4 preferred or obtainable in 3 months.
• 3+ years brokerage operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced env.
• Experience with FINRA and OCC regulations and systems.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Adaptable to changing business and regulatory environments.
• Enjoys challenges and ownership of new responsibilities.
