- Manage daily operational risks in automated and algorithmic trading flows.
- Monitor trading for potential market abuse; support regulatory reporting (MiFIR, MAR, Best Execution).
- Maintain and expand our investment universe across European/EMEA jurisdictions.
- Handle daily trade execution operations for equities, funds, and ELTIFs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Compliance on brokerage launches.
🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years in brokerage ops, trading, middle office, or execution.
- Strong interest in markets and data analysis.
- Knowledge of market structures, trade lifecycle, equities/funds/ELTIFs; interest in fixed income.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail; proactive data troubleshooting.
- Tech-savvy with trading platforms, market data tools; Excel/SQL/Python.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
