We are currently seeking skilled embedded software engineers to develop flight-critical firmware, with a focus on advanced drone pilot assistance features.

About this Role

We are seeking dynamic and proactive Account Executives to join our growing sales team nation-wide, with a focus on serving customers in public safety. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in quota-carrying field sales serving public safety with a focus on Law Enforcement. This role requires a 50%+ travel commitment to engage with public safety agencies on-site and cultivate opportunities for revenue growth. We are seeking candidates who reside in the following locations: GA, TN, NC, NY, NJ, CT, and MA.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and identify opportunities within the territory
  • Develop relationships with decision makers through establishing trust and ensuring coherent messaging.
  • Act as the main point of contact on multiple accounts for sales related information.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team to go over all sales opportunities and provide feedback and resources to help when necessary.
  • Stay up to date on all opportunities within the territory.
  • Partner cross-functionally with the Customer Success team to ensure the end user experience is consistently positive.

Basic Requirements

  • Must have quota carrying field sales experience and be willing to travel (domestic) 50%+ of the time.
  • Highly motivated and goal oriented.
  • Demonstrated client service skills, including: Professional and clear communication, customer stakeholder alignment, trustworthy personality that reflects our brand and attention to detail.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide timely service, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Comfortable talking to people at all levels, especially senior leadership (command staff).
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and motivation to hit sales goals.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient in the ambiguity of a small team environment.
  • Passionate about company culture, connecting teams, and effective remote work.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Google Workspace and CRM systems.
  • Experience in the military or law enforcement is not a requirement but may be a plus.
