Who You Are

You’re a high-energy, people-driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You move quickly but think critically, adapting to changes and solving problems on the fly. You care deeply about delivering great candidate experiences, and you’re scrappy — you roll up your sleeves, find solutions, and make things happen. You're someone who earns trust, operates with empathy, and sees every interaction as an opportunity to build our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Support high-volume, full-cycle hiring for outbound sales roles in Des Moines
  • Own day-to-day candidate flow: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and communicating
  • Coordinate and host onsite interview days, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Represent brightwheel at local hiring events, job fairs, and university career days
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and talent pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Recruiting teammates to hit hiring goals
  • Support onboarding and help shape a positive, inclusive office culture
  • What You’ve Done

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or a related, fast-paced people-facing role
  • Managed multiple reqs or pipelines simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Partnered effectively with stakeholders to drive results and improve processes
  • Represented a company or brand in public-facing contexts (e.g., events, outreach)
  • Demonstrated strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Thrived in environments where speed, ownership, and adaptability are key
