Social and Community Marketing Manager at BrightHire

BrightHire is seeking a proactive and creative Social and Community Marketing Manager to lead our social media and community initiatives. This remote-friendly role requires a storyteller who can build a thriving online presence, engage with our user community, and amplify BrightHire’s brand in a fast-paced, growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media and community strategies to grow brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across channels.
  • Manage BrightHire’s online communities (social channels, forums, user groups) and foster meaningful conversations and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to align messaging, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Create and curate compelling content including posts, blog articles, tutorials, case studies, and webinars.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement metrics; iterate campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, meetups, and community initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines; nurture relationships with ambassadors and key partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, community management, or social media, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with social platforms and community tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Discord/Slack communities).
  • Experience with analytics and measurement (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working remotely.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
