What You’ll Do

 

The successful candidate will report to the SVP, Head of International and partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access and the BridgeBio leadership/corporate stakeholders. This role will build regional readiness across all aspects of commercialization and business performance: Strategy, launch preparation, tactical execution and operational excellence while delivering on established KPIs.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Commercial Strategy & Market Leadership

 

  • Define and lead the International Commercial Operations strategy aligned with BridgeBio International objectives.

     

  • Build out and lead a best-in-class team across the International Region to support launches of current and new products into the marketplace.

     

  • Drive launch readiness across multiple geographies, ensuring flawless execution of pre- and post-launch activities.

     

  • Partner with Global, Regional and Local teams to ensure strategic alignment while adapting approaches to local market dynamics.

     

Operational Excellence & Performance Management

 

  • Establish best-in-class launch frameworks, operating models, and governance processes to accelerate time-to-market.

     

  • Design and implement KPI dashboards and reporting systems to track performance, provide actionable insights, and drive accountability.

     

  • Continuously optimize commercial operations, ensuring agility, efficiency, and scalability across diverse markets.

     

Field Force Effectiveness & Enablement

 

  • Shape the design and deployment of customer-facing organizations across international markets, ensuring optimal structure, size, and capability.

     

  • Oversee training, tools, incentives and capability-building programs that enhance field productivity and patient impact.

     

  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring frontline teams are empowered to deliver value across the patient journey.

     

Business Insights & Market Intelligence

 

  • Lead the generation and integration of market insights, including patient journey mapping, segmentation, and competitive analysis.

     

  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that address unmet needs and drive market adoption.

     

  • Anticipate external trends, regulatory shifts, and access dynamics to inform proactive commercial planning.

     

Cross-Functional & External Leadership

 

  • Act as a key partner to Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Corporate leadership to ensure integrated execution.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, industry stakeholders, and partners to shape markets and advance patient access.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation across the International business.

  • This role is based in Zug, Switzerland. No relocation is offered.  

     

  • Travel (30-50%) may be required to represent the company at medical conferences, key events and meetings

Who You Are

 

Education

 

  • BA/BSc required; a postgraduate degree (e.g., MS, MPH, MPP, MBA) strongly preferred

Experience

:

 

  • 10+ years in biotech/pharma with a proven track record in global or regional commercial functions (sales, marketing, commercial operations)

  • Extensive pre- and post-launch experience in key international markets, with deep understanding of access and commercialization dynamics

     

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, with success in building, scaling, and developing cross-functional teams
