Overview

Brex is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support across the business. This role partners with executives to drive profitability, scalability, and growth.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly and quarterly financial planning and forecasting processes.
Build and maintain complex financial models to support business cases, investments, and pricing decisions.
Partner with operating leaders to provide financial insights and drive performance.
Own budgeting, headcount planning, and scenario analysis.
Support strategic initiatives and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, and tax to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A or strategic finance roles.
Strong modeling and storytelling skills, with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working with senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA a plus.
