About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager focused on Payables, you will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Brex Payables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class payment experiences for our customers.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end product development for the Payables domain, from discovery to launch.
• Define problems, opportunities and outcomes and translate them into measurable requirements and user stories.
• Own the Payables roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and balance speed with quality.
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, secure payment flows and vendor/payables integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to optimize onboarding, adoption and ROI.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and influence product direction across teams.

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years in product management, with experience in payments/payables in B2B SaaS.
• Analytical mindset with a bias for action and data-driven decision making.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working across product, design, engineering, and business teams.
• Familiarity with payments rails, invoicing, AP workflows, and financial operations.
