Brex is seeking a Servicing Collections Associate to join our Operations team in Vancouver, Canada. This role focuses on contacting customers with past-due accounts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in Brex systems.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to collect on past-due accounts and maintain compliance with company policies
- Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor adherence
- Maintain accurate records in Brex CRM and finance systems
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Revenue Operations to resolve disputes
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry
- Knowledge of financial processes and accounts receivable is a plus
