  • Own and evolve PLG martech stack (Segment, GA, Marketo, Sanity, Salesforce)
  • Define and execute a future-state PLG ops roadmap with AI automation
  • Build automated lifecycle and activation programs using AI-assisted segmentation
  • Modernize event tracking and data flows with Segment, GA, and in-product analytics
  • Support and scale experimentation with AI-enabled analysis and rapid test iteration
  • Collaborate with Paid Growth to ensure tagging, attribution, and channel measurement

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing/Growth Ops or Digital Systems for PLG
  • Hands-on with Segment, GA, Marketo, and event tracking
  • Strong analytics for experimentation, attribution, funnel performance
  • Experience supporting paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, Meta
  • Partner with CX/Operations/Sales/Web on chatbot/live chat experiences
  • Drive efficiency via workflow tools (Zapier, AI workflows, CDP)

🎁 Benefits

  • Salary range: $135,000 - $168,000 USD
  • Equity and other compensation may be included
  • Hybrid NYC office with in-office days; remote weeks up to 4/year
