Brex is seeking a Senior Events Marketing Manager to lead the design and execution of the company’s events program. Based in San Francisco, you will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to drive brand awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement through in-person and virtual events. Responsibilities include planning annual event calendars, managing budgets, negotiating with venues and vendors, developing compelling event narratives, and analyzing ROI to inform future programs. The role requires strategic thinking, strong project management, and excellent cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Brex's events calendar, including conferences, trade shows, user gatherings, and virtual experiences.
• Manage event budgets, forecasts, vendor negotiations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop compelling event narratives and content.
• Track and report on event ROI, lead quality, and pipeline impact to inform future programs.
• Build scalable processes and playbooks for events globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in events marketing or a related role, preferably in fintech or B2B technology.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor partnerships; ability to travel as needed.
