Senior Data Scientist, Finance

📋 Description

• Design and build scalable revenue prediction systems using ML and time series.
• Collaborate with Finance to integrate predictive insights into planning and validate assumptions.
• Analyze performance and identify causal drivers with diff-in-diffs, RDD, and causal ML.
• Design robust data pipelines and modeling infra for enterprise revenue forecasting.
• Mentor junior data scientists and finance analysts.
• Communicate findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years building predictive models for business-critical applications.
• Expertise in machine learning, causal inference, and time-series forecasting.
• Knowledge of metrics like LTV, CAC, ARR; experience with revenue modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data analysis and modeling.
• Ability to translate analyses into strategic recommendations for exec decisions.
• BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and enterprise data infrastructure familiarity.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Salary range $192,000-$240,000; equity/other compensation may be included.
