🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years of full-cycle Sales recruiting experience
- Strong ability to build relationships with Sales hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting across multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices
- BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree
- Willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wed and Thu
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Gem
- Experience working in a high-growth startup
🎁 Benefits
- Salary CAD 85,600 - 107,000 CAD; base pay varies by location/experience
- Starting pay depends on location, skills, experience
- Equity and other compensation may be provided
- Up to four weeks remote work per year
