About Brex and the Role

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of Brex customers; build trusted relationships and act as the customer advocate within Brex.
  • Drive adoption and expansion of Brex products (Corporate Card, Cash Management, and related fintech services).
  • Lead onboarding, kickoff meetings, training, and ongoing success planning with clients.
  • Manage renewal cycles, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support to meet customer needs and provide product feedback.
  • Track key metrics, forecast revenue, and report on account health.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS/fintech relationship management or account management experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; data-driven with CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
