Own a portfolio of Brex customers; build trusted relationships and act as the customer advocate within Brex.
Drive adoption and expansion of Brex products (Corporate Card, Cash Management, and related fintech services).
Lead onboarding, kickoff meetings, training, and ongoing success planning with clients.
Manage renewal cycles, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver ROI.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support to meet customer needs and provide product feedback.
Track key metrics, forecast revenue, and report on account health.
Qualifications
3+ years of enterprise SaaS/fintech relationship management or account management experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; data-driven with CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
