🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years in CS/Account Management with 2+ years leading SaaS/fintech teams
- Experience managing a team with retention, expansion and adoption metrics
- Familiar with Voice of the Customer programs and methodologies
- Experience developing customer health scorecards and playbooks
- Strong technical acumen to discuss tech topics with stakeholders
🎁 Benefits
- OTE: $144,640 - $180,800
- OTE includes base salary and commissions
- Equity and other compensation may be provided
- Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work
