Brex is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic, high-value sales in the New York area. This role focuses on partnering with large enterprise customers to drive revenue growth and deploy Brex’s fintech solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise accounts in the New York metro area, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Develop and manage a strategic plan for each target account, identifying stakeholders, needs, and long-term value opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal) to tailor solutions and close deals
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and executive-level presentations tailored to C-suite audiences
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual commitments with enterprise clients
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market insights and customer needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or fintech sales experience with a proven track record of closing multi-million ARR deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with executives
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies that enable scalable enterprise sales
  • Self-m motivated, highly collaborative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice-to-have

  • Experience selling fintech, payments, or corporate cards to large organizations
  • Previous exposure to cross-border or multi-region enterprise deals
