🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of software engineering with strong technical depth.
- 3+ years leading engineers in a high-growth environment.
- Experience architecting growth surfaces or marketing systems.
- Strong frontend, data, and backend fundamentals with modern frameworks.
- Experience with GTM systems, marketing automation, or analytics instrumentation.
🎁 Benefits
- Salary range: $240,000-$300,000 base; equity may be included.
- Hybrid Seattle office with 2-3 in-office days; up to 4 weeks remote/year.
- Equity and total compensation may be provided.
