🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting
- Build relationships with Ops and CX hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills across stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR and employment practices
- BS in HR or a related degree
- Willing to work in-office 2 days/week (Wed & Thu)

- Salary: CAD 86k–107k (base; varies by location/experience)
- Up to 4 weeks remote work per year
