As HR Leader for the Americas, you will serve as the

regional head of HR and a trusted partner to our CRO (Global) and CEO of the Americas. In this

hybrid role, you’ll combine

People Leadership with Chief of Staff responsibilities, ensuring our teams in the US, Canada, and Latin America thrive and scale effectively. You will report directly to the CRO/CEO Americas and functionally to the VP of People (Paris).

HR Leadership (Americas):

  • Lead the People agenda in the Americas, acting as both strategic partner and operational driver.
  • Supervise and mentor the People Operations team (currently 2), overseeing payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, recruitment and employee experience.
  • Shape workforce planning, performance, and compensation strategies aligned with the global framework.
  • Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, culture, and talent development.
  • Oversee core HR processes, including performance reviews, salary reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S., Canadian, and Latin American labour laws in partnership with Legal and external counsel.
  • Champion Brevo’s culture and values, driving engagement and inclusion across the region.

    • Chief of Staff to the CRO & CEO Americas:

  • Act as astrategic advisor and thought partnerto the CRO & CEO Americas.
  • Prepare and follow up onleadership team meetings, QBRs, and board materials.
  • Drivecross-functional initiatives: GTM strategy, change management, revenue enablement, and M&A integrations.
  • Monitor and trackOKRs and business KPIs to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication across global and regional teams.
  • Handleconfidential, high-impact projectswith professionalism and discretion.

    • What Will Help You Succeed:

  • 10+ years of experiencein HR leadership, People Partnering, or Chief of Staff roles, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech.
  • Proven track record as aregional HR leaderortrusted advisor to executives.
  • Deep knowledge ofcompensation, performance management, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Strong ability tobalance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity withUS, Canadian, and LATAM labor laws.
  • Excellent program/project management and organizational skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, with proven ability to build trust at C-level.
  • Previousteam management experiencerequired.
  • MBA or an advanced degree in HR/Business is a plus.
