Location: American Fork, UT (on-site)Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 + bonus

The RoleWe’re looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared goals and bring operational maturity to our GTM engine. This role is hands-on, focused on building systems, improving processes, and delivering insights that drive growth and withstand investor scrutiny.

Responsibilities

• Align GTM strategy, KPIs, and processes across teams
• Own forecasting, dashboards, and reporting on pipeline, churn, LTV, CAC
• Manage and optimize CRM, automation, and CS platforms
• Improve lead routing, scoring, renewals, and customer success workflows
• Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and performance analysis

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or similar GTM leadership (SaaS/healthcare preferred)
• Strong CRM/marketing automation expertise (Salesforce preferred)
• Proven data analysis and forecasting skills
• Cross-functional leadership and project management experience
• Bonus: Sales/sales leadership experience an experience with fundraising, board reporting, or due diligence
