Act as primary technical contact with DDx customers during implementation.
Provide hands-on technical implementation support with customer IT and internal teams.
Manage all implementation tasks, provide schedule updates, and resolve risks.
On-call support as application expert/escalation point for our clients.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in client-facing SaaS implementation roles
Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish ideal
Based in Brazil
Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
Experience handling difficult customers or situations
Ability to research and self-start in new areas
Familiarity with HL7 interface impl. and LIMS (Epic Beaker, Cerner Millenium) preferred
Willingness to travel 20% (primarily Brazil; occasional US)
