Understand general ledger structure and reporting process.
Monthly analytical reviews to ensure financial statement accuracy.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Support audits and SOX compliance requirements.
Coordinate statutory compliance and audits for international entities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
3-4 years of relevant accounting experience
Big 4 or large regional firm experience is a plus
CPA and/or MBA is a plus
SaaS or technology industry preferred
US GAAP expertise with SOX understanding
