- Strong knowledge of statutory benefits in international markets (EMEA, APAC).
- Proven experience managing vendor/broker relationships and renewals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex benefits concepts.
- Comfortable balancing strategic input with hands-on tasks.
