• Provide EMEA regional SME and contribute globally.
• Hands-on role balancing strategy and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of benefits experience across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of statutory benefits in international markets (EMEA/APAC).
• Experience managing vendor/broker relationships and renewals.
• Highly detail-oriented with organizational and PM skills.
• Excellent communication; explain complex benefits clearly.
• Collaborative with a global mindset.
