- Lead drafting and negotiation of MSAs, DPAs, and order forms with enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Revenue, Finance, and Deal Desk to ensure ASC 606 compliance and policy alignment
- Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks to increase velocity and reduce risk
- Advise on data privacy and security matters in commercial transactions
- Align customer security commitments with Braze's controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Create and deliver training on contracting best practices and privacy/security commitments
🎯 Requirements
- 7–10 years of contract negotiation and/or commercial law experience required
- Tech industry/in-house support for Sales/GTM; SaaS preferred
- Strong experience negotiating MSAs, DPAs, and enterprise agreements
- Data privacy knowledge; familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 a plus
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills; business-oriented
- Able to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads; independent yet collaborative
