- Coordinate scheduling with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and share schedule updates with stakeholders; facilitate progress meetings.
- Support resource planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution related to scheduling.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction scheduling or project coordination preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Excel.
