The Expeditor coordinates material flow, schedules production shipments, and ensures on-time delivery to customers. This role collaborates with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to maintain production continuity and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Monitor and manage material flow to manufacturing lines to prevent shortfalls and delays
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
Track progress of orders, expedite as needed, and communicate delays or issues
Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and inventory levels
Support production planning and scheduling with real-time status updates

What we\'re looking for

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in expediting, logistics, or production planning
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office
