Job Description: Bradford Construction is seeking an Contract Control candidate for our New York office. This individual should have administrative support and leadership experience within the Construction industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain project files in accordance with project document procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and project teams.
- Respond to inquiries from Project Managers and contractors.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Project Managers and coordinate directly with other staff as needed to resolve issues in bid, award, contracting and close out processes.
- Five (5) years total of full time experience in project management, design, operations, and/or administration function within an architectural, construction, and/or MEP engineering field.
- Three (3) years of experience must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Three (3) years of experience must be in an administrative role with a construction consultant or contractor.
- Prior experience in contracts, procurement, and compliance for public projects.
- An understanding of the construction process and coordination in the industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. #LI
