Sr. IT Support Engineer - Brave (San Francisco)

Brave is seeking a senior IT Support Engineer to help maintain and improve our internal IT infrastructure in San Francisco. You will provide end-user support, manage device configurations, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure the security and reliability of Brave's systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to Brave employees
  • Manage device configurations and software deployments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Collaborate with security and IT operations to maintain system integrity
  • Maintain asset inventory and respond to incidents

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Windows and macOS
  • Experience with Active Directory, VPN, SCCM or Intune, and Office 365
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
