Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager for Brave Search API, you will own the strategy and execution of partnerships that accelerate API adoption, drive revenue, and expand Brave's developer ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue strategic API partnerships with developers, platforms, and companies.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage the partner lifecycle from onboarding to growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define API capabilities, docs, and go-to-market plans.
• Build and manage a healthy multi-quarter pipeline and forecast growth.
• Represent Brave at industry events and with customers to articulate value and outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in the technology sector, preferably with APIs or developer ecosystems.
• Proven track record of closing API or SaaS partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed.
