Brand & Multimedia Designer (8-month contract)

📋 Description

• Design and deliver assets for campaigns, ensuring on-brand consistency.
• Produce collateral for cross-functional teams (growth, sales, partnerships, CS).
• Contribute to web/UI design tasks with product/web teams for brand cohesion.
• Create assets for People and Culture: events, employer brand, onboarding.
• Champion AI-forward design by building brand guidelines and templates.
• Concept, produce, and edit multimedia content for campaigns, social, product storytelling, and internal comms.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of brand and marketing design across digital and print, including motion/video.
• Experience applying brand guidelines consistently while leaving room for creativity.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of animation principles to reinforce brand identity.
• Experience collaborating with marketers, writers, and business teams to turn ideas into finished work.
• Proactive, self-directed; able to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate output and weave into team workflows.
• Experience in B2B SaaS/tech serving SMBs; HTML/CSS familiarity or collaboration with developers on web projects.
