  • 3-6+ years of hands-on media buying, focused on customer acquisition and brand building.
  • Technical platform expertise: Google Ads (YouTube) and DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Strategy: upper and mid-funnel video strategies tied to lower-funnel results.
  • Negotiation skills with experience managing large budgets, Deal IDs, and partners.
  • Preferred: SaaS or subscription-based, SMB targeting.
  • Incrementality testing and measurement models (MMM/MTA) knowledge.
