🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
- 3 to 6+ years hands-on media buying experience, with focus on customer acquisition and brand building.
- Experience buying YouTube and OLV, TikTok, DV360, and OTT/CTV platforms.
- Strong understanding of upper and mid-funnel video strategies and tying them to lower-funnel performance.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing large budgets and media partners.
- Preferred: SaaS or subscription-based experience with SMB audiences; knowledge of incrementality testing and measurement.
