📋 Description

  • Develop media strategies across TV and OLV to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Build cross-channel plans aligned to brand goals and CAC targets.
  • Execute TV, OTT, and CTV buys integrated with digital channels to boost reach.
  • Negotiate with networks and platforms to secure high-value placements and pricing.
  • Monitor budgets daily to pace toward brand, lead, trial, and CPA goals.
  • Conduct real-time optimizations across placements and creatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
  • 3 to 6+ years hands-on media buying experience, with focus on customer acquisition and brand building.
  • Experience buying YouTube and OLV, TikTok, DV360, and OTT/CTV platforms.
  • Strong understanding of upper and mid-funnel video strategies and tying them to lower-funnel performance.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing large budgets and media partners.
  • Preferred: SaaS or subscription-based experience with SMB audiences; knowledge of incrementality testing and measurement.
