- Deep understanding of Gen Z/Millennial behavior & platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
- Strong creator ecosystems and influencer partnerships.
- Experience partnering with performance marketing for growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling, PM skills.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, culture, trends.
