  • Lead integrated brand marketing for Alo Wellness Club, Digital Studios.
  • Align messaging across Influencer, Social, Paid, PR, CRM, and more.
  • Own Gen Z college program and ambassador strategy.
  • Build marketing initiatives positioning AWC in fitness, wellness, fashion, creator culture.
  • Develop creator/influencer strategies for growth and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Growth/Paid to drive paid acquisition on TikTok/Meta/YouTube.
  • Shape platform-native storytelling with Social and Creative teams.
  • Create launches, partnerships, activations for awareness and conversion.
  • Track trends and platform shifts to stay ahead.
  • Define KPIs across awareness, acquisition, conversion; optimize.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in brand marketing, influencer marketing, or growth campaigns.
  • Proven success building digital-first campaigns that drive growth.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across influencer, social, paid media, PR, CRM, and creative.
  • Experience managing Gen Z ambassador or campus programs.
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z/Millennial behavior & platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Strong creator ecosystems and influencer partnerships.
  • Experience partnering with performance marketing for growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling, PM skills.
  • Passion for wellness, fitness, culture, trends.
