📋 Description

  • Manage timelines, asset trackers, review cycles, approvals, and delivery across teams.
  • Review creative and copy for brand consistency, voice, and quality.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day with our creative agency and external partners.
  • Support the social team by monitoring conversations and inbound messages.
  • Coordinate campaign launches across channels; ensure assets are formatted and tracked.
  • Help prepare performance recaps and post‑campaign learnings.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in brand marketing, agency production, or marketing project coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working across teams and with external partners.
  • Familiarity with social tools (Sprout, Hootsuite) or willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills; experience with Asana, Monday, Confluence, Google Drive.
  • Passion for travel and traveler needs across the US & Canada.
