📋 Description

  • Strategic planning, development, and execution of consumer marketing.
  • Lead omnichannel campaigns across digital channels and influencer partnerships.
  • Experiential activations to engage consumers, media, or influencers.
  • Relationships with consumer thought leaders, media, influencers, and HCPs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Legal, and Medical Affairs.
  • Remote or hybrid work, reporting to Director, Filler Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Master’s + 2+ years related experience OR Bachelor’s + 4+ years.
  • Pharmaceutical, device, biotech, or aesthetics experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Creative/strategic thinker with entrepreneurial spirit in fast-paced env.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; manage agency partners and budgets.
