🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or experiential build-outs.
  • Deep technical mastery of construction systems (MEP, AV, Lighting).
  • Proven success delivering singular, high-end, capital-intensive projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen; negotiating contracts, managing aggressive budgets, and holding GCs and vendors accountable without compromising design.
  • A translator between Brand and Build; communicate constraints to creative teams and construction partners.
  • Executive communication experience.
