📋 Description

• Create visually distinctive brand work across campaigns, launches, events, and storytelling moments
• Develop new visual expressions for the Figma brand via image-making, typography, illustration, and composition
• Generate original concepts and creative directions that push beyond traditional tech branding
• Contribute to scalable visual systems, toolkits, and approaches across brand moments
• Bring craft, intentionality, and authorship from exploration to execution
• Collaborate with Brand Studio, product designers, marketers, and leadership to shape cohesive narratives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a portfolio across image-making, composition, typography, color, illustration, and visual storytelling
• Craft that feels culturally aware, emotionally resonant, authored rather than generic
• Strong visual instincts and attention to detail; move between conceptual exploration and polished execution
• Broad references from art, design, fashion, publishing, music, internet culture, motion, and emerging communities
• Deep hands-on expertise with the Figma platform and contemporary creative workflows
• Collaborate with Brand Studio, product designers, marketers, and leadership to shape cohesive narratives
