📋 Description

• Work with design, marketing, social teams on world-class creative
• Create motion-first paid ads using After Effects; edit with Premiere/Final Cut
• Build modular motion templates in Figma and Adobe tools
• Drive growth with iterative brand creative across animated/static formats
• Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints and compelling executions
• Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and vendors; incorporate feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years design experience with motion-driven marketing
• Strong portfolio: social, display, broadcast, digital ads
• After Effects expert; Premiere/Final Cut editing
• Master motion: timing, typography, transitions
• Proficient in Figma and Illustrator, Photoshop
• Self-motivated in fast-paced remote work
