🎯 Requirements
- 5 years of visual design experience, ideally in B2B startups
- Strong portfolio across diverse projects; motion design a bonus
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools
- Experience with Jira and other PM tools
- Problem-solving mindset with solutions-first approach
- Organized and process-oriented, not lost in the details
